The seated weight lifting exercise is a great way to build strength in your upper body, particularly in your chest, shoulders, and arms. To perform this exercise, you will need a weight bench and a set of dumbbells. 1. Sit on the weight bench with your back straight and feet flat on the floor. 2. Hold a dumbbell in each hand, with your palms facing forward and arms extended straight out in front of you. 3. Slowly lower the dumbbells down towards your chest, keeping your elbows close to your body. 4. Pause for a moment at the bottom of the movement, then press the dumbbells back up to the starting position. 5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions. It's also important to warm up before starting your workout and to cool down afterwards to prevent injury.
