JGS2 telescope mirror blank; Precision Annealed Quartz Astronomical Mirror
This is a fused silica JGS2 lightweight blank with diameter of F736mm. The raw material weighs 100KG, after machining, the lightweight blank is about 44.5KG. The blank is designed with complex lightweight structure to have a good balance of the structure stiffness and the weight. The parameters after processing are greatly beyond the customer requirements. MG Optics utilizes advanced precision milling equipment DMG and techniques to machine the Fused Silica JGS2 lightweight blanks to the desired structure.
MG-Optics will also provide you optical components, optical metrology, custom CGH, optical system design and alignment, optical mirror blank.
