Ceramic rubber liners for the coal industry
Ceramic rubber steel plate three-in-one composite liner is a hot vulcanization process, the toughened ceramic sheet vulcanized in the steel plate groove equipped with special rubber, the steel plate groove with countersunk head bolts. It can be made into various shapes, and the liner is made of composite materials of various thicknesses according to the abrasion conditions, forming a solid wear-resistant layer. Three-in-one wear-resistant ceramic liner can be used for a long time in -50℃-100℃ operation. Wear-resistant performance is 10-15 times more wear-resistant than manganese steel.
It can be used in heavy wear industries such as sand and gravel, mining and other high impact areas.
