Vacuum Lifter for Stacking Cartons: Material Handling from 30 to 200 kg Introduction The Vacuum Tube Lifter is a versatile machine that can handle all kinds of objects, regardless of their size and shape. Our MD series products are equipped with ergonomic curved pipe handles and a gripping and releasing switch, making it easy for operators to move or palletize low objects without bending down. This greatly reduces physical strain and makes the lifting process more efficient. The MD series is ideal for bags, cardboard boxes, casks, wood panels, sheet metals, and glazings of any size and shape, up to 200 kg. Operation The turbine is connected to the lifting tube by a suction hose. As soon as the suction cup comes into contact with the item, it is picked up and the lift tube contracts. The load's weight is supported by the vacuum, allowing it to be moved effortlessly. The rotary or trigger-type control is used to raise or lower the load. Safety The turbine is protected by a dust removal unit, and in the event of a power failure, an anti-drop check valve allows the item to drop slowly to the floor with no risk of slipping. If overloaded, the device will not lift the load. Optional Installation The Vacuum Tube Lifter can be installed with a bracket crane, which can be 2 to 6 meters long and wall-mounted or column-mounted. Alternativel
