Working Principle: The airflow classifier mainly consists of a feeding control system, classifier main body (1-4), efficient cyclone collector, pulse bag filter, high-pressure induced fan, and electrical control system. Feeding Control System: The feeding control system combines a star feeder or vibrating feeder with a variable frequency controller and feeding bin. It realizes continuous and constant-speed control of the feed material by adjusting the output frequency/current of the feeder. Classifier Main Body: The classifier main body is mainly composed of a motor, classifying wheel, and cylinder. Effective classification of materials is achieved by adjusting the rotation speed of the classifying wheel and combining it with reasonable secondary air inlet.
