(2)Pneumatic top-mounted spool,pneumatically driven spool to translate,easy to unload, with pressure loss protection device (to prevent the spools from loosening and production safety accidents after the air is cut off), and air brake. Adapt to 630 spool. (3) The equipment adopts active pay-off,the tension is constant,and the frequency conversion speed regulation of tension feedback is adopted. (4) The equipment adopts a first-level belt deceleration and is driven by a 15KW motor. [2] Dancer: (1) The guide wheel of the equipment adopts the configuration of upper 4 and lower 4, and the outer diameter of the guide wheel is 300mm. (2) Pneumatic control uses constant tension control tension, the tension is adjustable. (3) The displacement detection switch is used to monitor the tension change in the whole process, and control the pay-off and take-up speed and tension to match well.
