Troubleshooting: Remove the hydraulic pump assembly from the excavator, replace the worn parts, repair the regulator, and replace the hydraulic oil and filter element. The output pressure of the travel proportional valve on the deflection side of the excavator is too low This proportional valve can output corresponding control oil pressure based on the length of the operating handle control stroke, allowing the main control valve to have corresponding movement, thereby controlling the speed of the working device. If the filter element of the oil filter is not replaced on time, it may cause the filter element to become blocked, causing the bypass valve of the oil filter to open. Dirty hydraulic oil directly enters the circuit of the proportional valve without filtering, causing the slide valve inside the valve to be stuck, and the control oil cannot flow to the rotary main control valve through the rotary proportional valve on the deflection side of the excavator, resulting in walking deviation. At this point, check the pressure of the travel proportional valve (3.3MPa). Troubleshooting: Clean the valve body and front oil circuit, replace the hydraulic oil and filter element.
