White dextrin
Dextrins are usually divided into three categories: White dextrin, yellow dextrin and British gum or "British gum". The difference between them lies in the different pretreatment methods and heat treatment conditions of starch. Dextrin is widely used as an adhesive in medicine, food, paper making, casting, wallpapers, labels, stamps, adhesive tapes, etc. When used as tablet adhesive, white dextrin or low viscosity yellow dextrin product can be selected because it needs rapid drying, rapid dispersion, rapid bonding and rewetting solubility. When it is used as the adhesive for labels and stamps, it needs high viscosity, and the film formed has strong toughness. It is suitable to use white dextrin or British glue. It can be used as printing paste in textile printing and dyeing.
